unfornately we have had to deal with family memorials to work with tri county it was easy and satisfying. there was no pressure. It was basically done by mail and fax. The listened and oftered great input and in the end gave this family what they wanted at fair price. we don't want to have used them again but if the time comes we will seek them first.
