District manager Richard will not return calls or follow through with anything. He will tell customers things like “The Owners Drive by Every Nhghy and …” to place everything in them instead of being accountable. It’s not hard to go onto Ohio.gov and do a business search to see that the owners reside in Texas. He lies to your face and talks behind your back. Why would I ever store my possessions with someone that has that unethical of a business practice.
Regina was very responsive and understands what good customer service is all about. Very impressed.

Updated update: I absolutely cannot believe I've been renting a unit here for this long. I moved in during the summer of 2017... I'm still here, so it's obviously a safe place to store my stuff. Great prices, excellent customer service, easy web payments. Safe, secure, easily accessible storage. No bugs, mice, rats, or other assorted unwanted additions to my stuff.
