Customer service was great. We initially booked a 10x12, but received a call the morning we were to come in advising the "unit" we booked was actually two 5x12 units right next to each other. But by the time we arrived to complete the rental, they had a 10x12 available, and gave us the option of choosing which we wanted. The overall reservation and rental process was smooth and the employee who helped us was very friendly.
I had a great experience thanks to Paul. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He even threw in a couple much appreciated jokes. It’s rare to find such great customer service. Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. I Highly recommend!
