This is to inform The Jacksonville branch that you have a lovely person named Doreen that answered the phone for me twice since the Ocala Branch was not answering for some reason. Instead of transferring me back to Ocala to await another 10 minutes of silence Doreen was willing to help Oswald LLC with a quote during a busy time and while she was already in the middle of something! Big Big Thank you Doreen you saved my day and now my customer can make their decision without the dreadful wait. Thanks again ! Erik @ Oswald USA
