Have not reached a doctor and already threatened and verbally abused by Beth at the front desk; I wish to leave and crawl in a hole. There is one employee at the front, who was not present on arrival. After waiting, informed them I am transgender and of my name. wonderful experience every time I go there..great knowledgeable doctors..everone there is so kind!
Other than the wait, I have received very good care. The medical staff is caring & thorough. I wish it wasn’t necessary to be weighed & get BP even when I’m just returning to get a few stitches removed. Love Dr. Connor.
While the wait time was a bit longer than the wait time shown online, my care provider (Afsaneh) was very helpful in analyzing my pain issues , arranging imaging diagnostics and offering prescriptions that quickly resolved my issues.
