I had a horrible itchy rash on my arm. The doctor I got prescribed a cream and was wonderful. Both the receptionist and the nurse were also. I can’t say enough how great my experience here was. Itching and rash are almost gone: I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility. I am so grateful. 5 plus stars! Thank you!😊
Not good. Bad customer service. Poor explanations, borderline deceptive. Presumptive and rude! I will not be coming back. If you hate people so much, you probably shouldnt be the only one on a monday night at 6pm with a line out the door. Do your job better how about that. We are the people who need help, knowing how things are supposed to go is YOUR job, and from what ive seen you may be derelict in your duties.
I was seen at urgent care and Jennifer went above and beyond for me at my appointment and even took the time after my appointment to research and call me with follow up information that really helped my situation. Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly including my nurse.
Have not reached a doctor and already threatened and verbally abused by Beth at the front desk; I wish to leave and crawl in a hole. There is one employee at the front, who was not present on arrival. After waiting, informed them I am transgender and of my name. The staff member then intentionally and loudly used my deadname; 11 times that I counted, maybe more, glancing at other patients in line each time as if attempting to shame me.
