An elderly and disabled been there several times sane insurance mass health, was rudely told we might not accept this insurance before she looked it up ,asked another person who said no without even checking very unhelpful
‼️‼️‼️ The worst urgent care i’ve ever been to. Back in 2019, I went in for a sore throat and they sent me to the emergency room, claiming that it was some life-threatening issue in the back of my throat. Their sense of urgency to get to the emergency room concerned me, and when I arrived to the emergency room, they diagnosed it as cobblestone throat from postnasal drip. Been here twice in the last month. Dr. Connors was great very helpful and relaxed I def will come back here when I need to in the future.
This review is for UC in Whitinsville/Northbridge. I come here because it literally is down the road from where I live. Saves me trips to my own Dr and my children’s Dr.’s I’ve been here plenty of times. Of all the times I’ve been here 2x’s have been horrible. I was seen by NP Katie (Kathryn M.) I had a really high fever chest congestion and just bc my flu and Covid was negative she did not even request a chest xray. Waste of 3 hours was sent home with nothing.
