This past year we purchased a condo and inherited one service as part of a yearly contract. I recently renewed the agreement for 2026! Great service, honest people! We had Tri-County give us a second opinion on our hvac system after another company suggested we replace our 6 year old unit with a $10,000 new one. Tri-County came out right away and thoroughly checked our system, which was working fine! We just had a clogged drain. Very thankful for their honest business practices!
