A client in our rental reported a problem with the AC on Monday. Tri-County came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and quickly submitted a proposal to us. Since our AC is 20 years old, we opted for total HVAC replacement. The price was very competitive for a total HVAC replacement, inside & outside. All work completed satisfactorily by Thursday. Very responsive company, keeps you informed during the process and Judi in their office is cordial, knowledgable, and informative. Highly recommend.
On Sunday April 6, 2025 I walked past my thermostat and realized it was showing blank and the HVAC unit was not running. Once again, Tri County Mechanical went above and beyond. After a careful inspection to figure out why power was not reaching the unit, it turned out my control panel needed replacement. Careful attention was made to make sure the new one even LOOKED nice, as the tech made a quick trip to get a decorative panel so I didn’t have to touch up paint the wall! Entire system was carefully checked too. Tech was on time, super nice, and I’m back up and running. Thank you TCM!!!
