Rescheduled my physical 3 times...last time was 6 months from last appointment, then calls me 1 minute before my appointment to save the doctor isn't in the office... place ia a complete joke get another primary care
It's too bad that a great doctor that I had has just relocated to this practice because the staff here is awful. Especially Tracy. Tracy is rude and unprofessional and shows no compassion for others. Every time I have had to call this practice unfortunately Tracy has been the one to answer the calls and my experience with her has worsened each time. Get rid of Tracy and I would gladly follow my great doctor to this new practice of hers. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Mendon Internal Medicine!
