I used this company a couple of times. Located in Floral park.They installed a toilet which was by the hour including the hour that the young man sit in his truck. They also fixed a link. This time they charged me 197.25 for a consultation, I already knew what had to be fixed when they came. The young man talked to me on the phone because I wasn't home at the time. I will pay it because I believe things always workout for me but I also feel this is a very steep price to just come and look at my linking faucet

This company deserves a negative star.. they were called to inspect a possible leak for the board and left with an assumption. They never confirmed any leak but charged a bill any way. The old lady answering phones is extremely unprofessional and needs to retire.
