Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability I had a very frustrating experience with Tri County AC that I feel compelled to share. This one star review could have easily been prevented had good customer service skills been employed by both mother and daughter whom we spoke with over the phone. Talk about customer service, well Tri-County H&C is the perfect example of it. from the moment you call for an appointment until the time Harvey comes out to service your equipment. You are treated like a person not a number on an invoice. They are very professional yet friendly, and will answer any questions you may have. They are also very fair with their pricing. I cannot express enough how great Harvey and Stephanie are! With the temperature hitting triple digits today Harvey was booked solid and unable to get to me, but he and Stephanie took time to help me trouble shoot why my AC wasn’t working.
