As some others have said as well, my dealings with this business were extremely disappointing and somehow they had removed my last review. (Unethical at best) My summary: new a/c system and it failed 5 years later. I called Harvey for a repair and he had a person come who offered to put in more coolant but said it may or may not fix it. Ironically this employee quit the company that day so the conversation continued with Harvey’s admin.. Harvey said the coolant fill should fix the problem and charged me $~1500. I am beyond impressed with this company and will use them for life! Harvey explained everything in detail for my air conditioning repair and was very honest about everything going on. So glad I reached out to the right company!! 100 stars if I could!!

Tri-County put in my new heater a few years ago (maybe 2) they were amazing then. Fabulous customer service from start to finish. Then, with the sub-zero temps in Colorado this past week, the heater stopped working and they were out to my place within a hour of the call. Shaun was the technician and was superb! Friendly, and got it working again within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Trust worthy, honest, and respectful.
