On time very pleasant experience. Answered my questions and they seem to be working just fine.
I was offered a free hearing exam via a phone call from Audio Nova. I accepted and they made me an appointment with Emily Bean. Upon arrival I realized that she was wearing three hats, receptionist, secretary and her primary position as Hearing Aid Dispenser. She presented herself smooth and professionally as she grrreted me. After checking me in she updated my information and discussed my current hearing concerns. She then preformed a thorough hearing test and we went over the results. She was very informative.
