Helpful staff but pricey. The warranty is great and reps will assist with maintenance. Read financing documents or you may end up paying for 20 years with crazy accrued interest at minimum payment. I'd give a higher rating but I don't like when sales people push new, bigger and better as soon as warranty period is over. My mom likes her rep so I let her over pay since I don't want to fight her. Great audiologist.
Emily is fantastic! She was kind, thoughtful, and patient with my 86 year old mom. She took her time explaining everything she was doing to make the hearing aids work the best they can for her. I would highly recommend going here and seeing Emily. You won’t be disappointed!
