I spent a day calling and waiting for someone to answer the phone, finally I said I will give it one more try and after another 15 minutes of waiting again someone actually picked up the phone to say yes I did have an appointment and it was made 3 months ago, only the appointment was not even what I needed, I had a primary Doctor already, and was told they were not taken new patients. Honestly I can see why when they do not even have staff to answer phones.
The absolute worst. They do not care about you or your child.
Most traumatic experience in my life today. On this day May 12 2025, dad took our daughter to the dentist. They advised him he could sit in the waiting room and he made sure my daughter was ok with that. I was at work and I was being harassed with a # of calls, finally when I was able to pick up on this busy day of work front desk called looking for a phone # for Jamel. very terrible customer service!!!!
the simplest things are a spectacle can’t get on the phone, they told me call at 8 i call at 8, the people aren’t where they are supposed to be call back in 5-10 minutes. been on hold ever since this place is beyond ridiculous everytime.
