The absolute worst. They do not care about you or your child.
Most traumatic experience in my life today. On this day May 12 2025, dad took our daughter to the dentist. They advised him he could sit in the waiting room and he made sure my daughter was ok with that. I was at work and I was being harassed with a # of calls, finally when I was able to pick up on this busy day of work front desk called looking for a phone # for Jamel. very terrible customer service!!!!
the simplest things are a spectacle can’t get on the phone, they told me call at 8 i call at 8, the people aren’t where they are supposed to be call back in 5-10 minutes. been on hold ever since this place is beyond ridiculous everytime.
They only have nurse practioners who do there best, but the nurses in Johnston are the worse people I've ever had to deal with. They actually said to me that I have to have my blood work done if I want to keep getting my prescriptions. The day I went to do my blood work, my pharmacy contacted them and they refused to send in any refills. The day after a did my blood work, my prescription was filled.
