I wasted my entire morning waiting for someone to come and measure my window—no one showed up. Even worse, no one bothered to call and let me know they weren't coming. I'm very disappointed with this lack of communication and professionalism. That said, if they actually show up next Friday (apparently the only day they handle residential appointments), I might consider updating this one-star review. They Finally fixed my window.

An employee named Jesse came into Cambridge Mall making a scene, harassing employees and shoppers. He kept going on about how he works here and everyone is encroaching on his liberties by asking him to stop shouting, pumping his fists and threatening to start a physical altercation with security and staff. Very embarrassing.
