I went in to get a replacement piece for my aquarium. I was really happy that Dawn was so knowledgeable and helpful. The turnaround was in less than 24 hours and it was considerably cost efficient. I would use them again for all and any services based on this experience. Thank you so much!

I wasted my entire morning waiting for someone to come and measure my window—no one showed up. Even worse, no one bothered to call and let me know they weren't coming. I'm very disappointed with this lack of communication and professionalism. That said, if they actually show up next Friday (apparently the only day they handle residential appointments), I might consider updating this one-star review. They Finally fixed my window.
