I’ve worked with Tri-County Glass many times, and every experience has been easy, personable, and professional. Their team always delivers excellent service — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I wasted my entire morning waiting for someone to come and measure my window—no one showed up. Even worse, no one bothered to call and let me know they weren't coming. I'm very disappointed with this lack of communication and professionalism. That said, if they actually show up next Friday (apparently the only day they handle residential appointments), I might consider updating this one-star review. They Finally fixed my window.
