We had 2 new garage doors installed and a problem developed with the door track. Tri County was EXCELLENT with quickly correcting the issue. We have used Tri County several times over many years and highly recommend them! jeff / cma
Everything was done in a timely manner. The employee was very courteous and understood the issue I was having. I highly recommend this company.
The staff was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They came out right away and assessed the problem. Of course it was a Friday - lol but they assured us that they would get us taken care of first thing Monday morning. And as promised they did!!! Couldn’t have asked for better service!!! We are very pleased with the job they did.

Door opener would not work for an elderly neighbor I called and they scheduled a visit. The technician called to let me know when they would be there and once there they knew exactly what the problem was Even though the door opener was not installed by them they corrected the problem and has been working great ever since they fixed it I would have them install or fix any issues with my garage door or opener again The technician were very knowledgeable and helpful They left the place clean and my neighbor has not had a proble... read more
