just now New Took my explorer to have a pylon repairedas it was dangling and to have a leak in the cabin looked at. Dropped off at 9am. It wasn’t until I called service at 4:30 to find out what was going on. Was told they replaced some clips to fix the pylon and was just about to take the car into the car wash for the leak.
