The service department is an absolute mess. They had my truck for 2 full days for warranty repairs and got absolutely NOTHING completed. My service person is incapable of effective communication about expectations and did not even take the time to order parts for the repairs needed despite the issues having been diagnosed prior and having 2 full weeks to get the parts on order. Always have a great experience with Jon in service! He goes above and beyond and makes sure im taken care of! I never go anywhere else!
I have been a customer for over 10 years now. The entire staff there is very friendly and helpful. But Jon in the service department is the best. I mean this sincerely: when I call, he answers promptly and gives me honest advice. He has my car ready for me when I get there, and it's always done correctly the first time. Jon is a true asset to the company, I feel. Jon is an excellent employee. I wish my employees were this good.
