No one seems to care about making a sale. Ive called several times to Inquire over a car I saw on their lot . They were closed at the time I had passed by and noticed it. The lady who answers the phone just speaks fast and quickly wants to get off of the call. Whoever she transfers me to does not answer. Terrible way to do business
Just had my Lincoln serviced there. Bennett kept me informed of the progress and when it was done spoke to Dillion the technician. Could tell he takes pride in his work. They do great work there, very much appreciated.
Ive an absolutely terrible experience with Tri County Ford and would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. I purchased a vehicle from them and the engine locked up only four days after I drove it off the lot. Since then, the entire situation has been handled incredibly poorly. It has now been almost a month, and there has been little to no communication from the dealership about what is going on or how they plan to resolve the issue.
