Well, I can tell you from an outsider these folks have been nothing but accomodating from the first conversation. They have done everything they promised , timely, professionally and with kindness. I was born and raised in Kentucky, not in Burkesville though, sometimes when we are the "outsider" its best to not be condescending and treat people with respect and you will get the same in return.
Our electric bill has been rising since December 2025. Now today I got a bill for $640. Really. We have had the heat off, not using the dishwasher, no use of lights until dark, washing clothes once per week. How can this be?

I spoke with a representative about starting new service as I was looking to purchase a home in Burkesville. I had questions and instead of trying to assist me, the representative, stated that I was trying to argue with her. These were general questions that any newcomer to the city would have but it was clear that serving the customer was not on her priority list today.
