I spoke with a representative about starting new service as I was looking to purchase a home in Burkesville. I had questions and instead of trying to assist me, the representative, stated that I was trying to argue with her. We recently moved to Burkesville from another state. We are building and I'm doing the electrical work. The staff in the office could not be more friendly and helpful. The inspectors supplied me with the needed info to do the job to their requirements. The final inspection was done in a helpful, friendly way. I've got no complaints.
