This is the biggest joke there is for an electric company. I work 12 hour days and I'm hardly ever home but magically my bill is always over 125.00. I'm so glad I'm leaving this joke of an electric company. They suck and on top of everything else they are rude.

The small cooperative ensure fast repair service. I have friends living in rural downstate Oklahoma, and when their power goes out, it can take three weeks to get it back on. Their provider, a giant electric company, services large towns, so the rural customers must wait and live without until their turn for repairs. I'm so glad that TCEC is much more locally focused. Even though we live at the end of the line, we very rarely have to wait longer than a matter of hours for them to get our power up again!
Do you give rebates when we buy new electric? I had to buy a new water heater and a friend said some electric company's do
