The service from these folks is phenomenal. They respond quickly when the power has been out and always are very helpful over the phone. My only gripe is the deposit I had to leave when I started service with them. It was ridiculously high and my credit score is over 800. Not sure if they've changed their policy in the last 3 years but no-one has mailed me a check returning it. That's the organization not it's workers, the workers kick butt!!
