Not at all impressed with the overall services received during this storm or previous storms. I understand and appreciate that the linemen are working overtime to get their job done., because that is their job! that's what they have been trained to do..so as a customer, I don't expect anything less, do what is necessary to meet your objective,,, the most frustrating aspect of this entire ordeal is tricounty's lack of effective communication. Lived here for 21 years and we always watch the other side of the street get power and we are usually 2 to 3 days later.
Thanks for keeping our power on at Cypress Shores throughout this ice storm. Thanks to everyone working outside in the cold and also long hours. Be safe. Prayers for everyone still with no power.
