I have always had a great experience at Tri County. Scott took care of all the details with the insurance company concerning the repair to my vehicle. The vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition. I highly recommend Tri County to anyone requiring collision repairs.
They are the best around; their rating justify the service. Victor was nice to deal with, communicated promptly; cordinated with insurance company to get the work done on time. He went an extra mile when finished the job which surprised me..in short, everything was beyond expectation..if it takes an extra day or two, just be patient if you want it fully cooked, because good work take its time..

We had a great experience at Tri County. Our car looks amazing and the team at Tri County could not have been more helpful. Hopefully we won't have another car mishap but if we do there is only one place that I would ever go back to for the repair!
Some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced. Everyone is very friendly, and they keep you updated with every step of the repair with an online status system. The car was repaired in the exact timeframe that I was given in the estimate, and they made sure that we knew exactly what was going to be done with the car. Excellent final product, including recreating a difficult paint color for the new exterior parts.
