Tri County Climate went above and beyond to get our heat back on quickly. Our furnace went out just as the weather was getting colder, and after calling other Lennox-certified companies, Tri County gave us a fair estimate and installed a new Lennox Signature furnace within a week. Chris, our installer, adjusted his schedule to prioritize us, arrived early, removed the old unit, set up the new furnace, rewired the thermostat, and had everything working perfectly—all within two hours. Couldn’t be happier with the service and p... read more

Kris installed a new Lennox Elite furnace and heat pump. Great job, runs very quietly. He got most everything done in one day then came back in the a.m. to finish up the humidifier. Kris rechecked every detail to make sure we would be comfortable this summer and warm next winter.

They came out quickly but couldn’t diagnose- said parts not available and the unit is 26 years old. He also said there were error codes. He determined there was one error code was with the door fastening shut. Charge was $144 which included a gas charge - why?. Said we need a new heater and could send someone next week to quote a new system. Meanwhile the lows are in the 20’s. After he left we figured out the issue with the door. It’s been working ever since. Maybe a bit of time looking up error codes would have been prudent... read more

Heater not working in sub-zero temperatures. Service guy came out and checked heater. His conclusion "There are error codes and your furnace is 26 years old", both of which we told Tri County Climate when we called. He told us we needed a new heater and would have a sales person contact us on Monday. After he left, we determined the flame sensor was not working, we removed the door and have had heat ever since, no thanks to Tri County Climate. We were charged $144 (5.00 fuel charge?) to inform us of the age of our furnac... read more

I have to say I was disappointed. They installed my unit and I have been using them for regular service. My unit went out last week when I was out of town and I have no other source of good heating. I advised them I had no heat and was told it would be a week before they could help me. When I said I was in Redmond, it was going to be even longer. I called two other popular companies and they could get out the next day. I won't be using Tri County again.
