This was the most unprofessional place I have ever been. The service department did not even try to perform the required tests on my car that my warranty company requested before they would cover a new engine . My car was at tri- county well over two weeks and nothing was done. We moved it to someone else to get another opinion and get the work done that needs to be done. We will not be back and I will tell everyone that I know about the terrible service we received here.
5 stars for the team at Tri County Chevrolet. My family and I ( 2 kids, 2 months old and a 16 month old) traveled over 2 hours to meet and look at a vehicle on their lot. I thought I had everything figured out to as far as bringing my own financing. I had been speaking with Matt from internet sales for two days. Matt made the car buying process so seamless. Everyone at the dealer was super friendly and I am very happy with my new ride!! Highly recommend.
