I have been doing business with Tri-County for over 10 years. Never had a bad experience! When tech support is needed, I always get prompt service. Great people to do business with!
Really bad experience. I had unexpected charges, different than what they said was included in the contract. The staff was unhelpful and rude. They acted annoyed when I wanted clarity in what I was even paying for. Then, in the end, (when I asked to end the contract), they wanted to come and take toner that we had before the contract! Very inflexible, unclear, unfriendly, and expensive for what they provide.
Always knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend to my family & friends. The only company around who can handle whatever you need.
