Terrible. My therapist left this job and I'm sure due to this companies greed and terrible work place environment. But I had a good 4 maybe 5 sessions in and they NEVER let me know I had a copay. Let me know that far in and hadn't been charging me so I assumed there was no money I owed and then dumped it all on me cause their excuse was "we are changing systems". I started therapy about 6+ months ago due to severe anxiety. I am so beyond lucky that I was paired with Gina as my first therapist. I quickly realized that working with her was a perfect match. I have made SO much progress since first starting and I know I couldn't have done it without Gina's help. She is incredibly kind, patient and understanding but she also knows when to push you out of your comfort zone. I could not be happier with my experiences at Tri County Behavioral Care. I have seen so much self-growth and improvement because everyone there makes you feel safe, secure, cared for, and heard. They are also extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling issues and anything else that may come up. I can not recommend this practice more. I am so so thankful that I found it and started coming here. :)
