With all the new strict laws and regulations, i was a little worried about using a company I have never used before.... But am I glad I did, these guys know their stuff, the appraisal was on my desk before the promised time with NO CONDITIONS!!!!
A local favorite of mine Moe was very nice, and he's all business! Honestly the fastest appraisal co. i have ever dealt with.
