Dr Lott and Dr Kee are awesome. So is the staff. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. They are so reasonable in price too. Thank you for all that you do.
We were in McKenzie moving our daughter back to Bethel when our golden doodle got sick. We did not know what to expect when bringing her in with no appointment and never being seen there before. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and made us feel at ease right away. It wasn’t 5 minutes of waiting when we got to see the veterinarian. We were shocked it was so fast! He was wonderful!!!! Told us what was wrong with her and that she was going to just fine. With all that said when we went to check out we were floored..... read more
Dr. Lott is totally awesome, he makes you feel like he actually cares about your pets and I know he does, it's not an act like some places we have used in the past, and we are so thankful for him and the rest of his crew.

My precious Lola has felt great since Adam checked her and gave her a shot ! They came to my car and took her inside, Adam came to my car to consult , then after he X-rayed and treated her they brought her back to my car. I appreciate them all! Lola is much better! Now she’s eating and playing again! We both still nap!
I highly recommend this place for all of our needs for our dogs. Very friendly staff and clean environment.
very straight forward and nice people
i would give negative stars if i could. they hurt 1 of my dogs when there to be neutered.. they refused to give my dog a script for an antibiotic shes had for 3 yrs on and off for dry eye issues and tried to force me to get a much more expensive script. then said the ointment needed wasnt available yet i got it the very next day from my pharmacy i always use. to top it off.. i called to get an appointment for a friends dog that was in pain and they refused to even see them! absolutely horrible..greedy vet and care nothing ab... read more
