I had an issue with my 2 yr old compressor yesterday. I called this morning and a tech was sent out before lunch. Austin, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. It was under warranty and so there wasn’t a charge. Austin spent time answering ALL the questions I had about the filter placement and size. He was polite and professional. He was a pleasure to work with. I very highly recommend this company.
Chris and his colleague came to install a new Trane HVAC system for a property of ours today and he and they did a fantastic job. They were prompt, clean, did a great installation, checked their work before they left, and the unit they recommended is perfect for the property. Their prices are fair and their work and products are high quality. I will be calling Robert, Sophie, and the team at Tri-County Aire for my future HVAC needs!
This company's the reason my family has cool air conditioning in my house and will be warm this winter. From the moment I called them, I was in good hands. Their partnership with Wells Fargo allowed me to have 0% financing on a whole new system for 2 years. Excellent work! I will definitely refer my friends and family!! Robert Bradburn was tentative, professional, and very thorough! The work that was done at my house was top notch. My inside and outside units were replaced and look fantastic!
A very good experience from the initial visit for the estimate through the final installation. No fancy sales pitch or high pressure tactics. Everyone was professional and punctual. The cost beat 2 other estimates. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
