Tri-County Aire always provides me with great service. The individuals who work on my unit are very professional and just very nice to interact with.
Always dependable, always on time. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable. My Trane is now 14 years old. They do the seasonal maintenance (twice a year) and I’ve had zero issues.
Prior to the technicians coming out to service my HVAC system, I called Joyce (one of the office managers) to schedule a Fall Check. Joyce has a very pleasant demeanor and worked around my schedule in order to book an appointment that is convenient for my family and I.
