My air conditioning quit cooling on a Saturday morning. Tri-County (Kathy) answered the 24/7 phone immediately. She sent out Tim within an HOUR!! Tim was absolutely a miracle worker. He fixed what my previous "UNRELIABLE" company installed incorrectly just a week before that. I have now switched my loyalty to TRI-COUNTY, and will use them for all my A/C needs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!

I have used Tri County air for 25 years. I always had a great experience. Also, I had my house evaluated for my duct work system (they installed). I was told they never experienced a house that was so tight and secure. I was proud to know that.
The technician , Tim was very knowledgeable of evaluating repairs needed for my air unit. He was respectful of my home, wiping his feet and just a pleasant experience.
