Tri-county lock my CRMLS. and I paid on January 15th 11:50 AM.full year fee, Tri-county staff Jessie said she already open my CRMLS. But when I go home and try to log in CRMLS, It is still lock, It is been over 3 hours already. I call office phone number, Office phone number ring one time and stop start have blur sound.. Silvia helped me with the Supra lockbox purchase, and she was very efficient. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The day before, I visited the Chino location around 1:00 PM, which happened to be during the lady’s lunch break. I explained several times that I only needed 2 Supra lockboxes and that it would be a very quick visit, but I was asked to wait until 2:15 PM. After waiting, I was told they had run out of lockboxes. This is the only AOR in CA that the customer service never replied back to emails. When we call, we were told that everything was taken care of, and all was good. But....nope......months passed by, and our company information hasn't been updated yet, no emails were responded yet. *sigh...so frustrating! :(
The rep answering the phone is plain rude and argumentative. He doesn’t even try to help he’s just a know it all. HORRIBLE customer service. Man, I was on the phone for an hour and nobody picked up. That's a really terrible experience, man.
