The rep answering the phone is plain rude and argumentative. He doesn’t even try to help he’s just a know it all. HORRIBLE customer service. Man, I was on the phone for an hour and nobody picked up. That's a really terrible experience, man.

The app is great in many way but there could be improvement on property that are coming soon. Or how many days property has been on the market must be front and visible like pricing.
As Realtor working During Covid we have new Real Estate guide lines to follow. Thank God, Tri-Counties are stocked with the supplies we need to show houses. They always have what I'm looking for.
