Tri-Command is awful. Their rental property managers literally lie to get potential families to sign a lease. Then, when the true quality of the home comes out, they drag their feet in fixing the issues. The remodeled homes were/are redone fast & poorly. However, the property managers understand the poor quality before showing them to potential renters. But once you sign that lease, you are obligated for a minimum six months.
