I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to call a TriCo property home. Lindsay is always so responsive whenever I reach out and on the rare occasion that I have a maintenance issue, Enrique is there in a jiffy to make sure it’s resolved. You can really tell that these folks care about what they do and they treat everyone like family. I would give 6 stars if I could. Keep up the great work!

The property is well maintained. Monthly window cleaning, weekly grounds maintenance and early snow removal. Our maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours. They are prompt with communication and easy to work with. Whether they visit us in the office or communication thru email they are always Professional and Friendly.
