Sandra was very professional and personal in what would ordinarily be a very nerve-racking experience. She devoted extra time and effort to calm me down and help me make good decisions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience because of Sandra.
Excellent care by Tiffany and Sandra explaining everything in the procedure. Answered all of my questions re: follow ups etc. Dr. Cohen was excellent too.
While the staff is good, this facility is NOT handicap friendly. I had to park too far from the door due to not enough handicap parking. My husbands' wheelchair got stuck on the transition from the ramp to the sidewalk. The front door doesn't stay open long enough to push him through. Because the door jam on the bottom is so high it bent a wheel on his chair trying to push him over it. Luckily another patient helped me get him inside. Not a great experience.
The doctor and technician are 5 stars plus! I have considerable experience with the doctor. I found the receptionist cold and unkind. It was my first time with her and we all have bad days. The tech more than madeup and the followup today was a typical visit with the exceptional doctor mentioned above. For this person each visit is rewarding and educational. Medically and person to person!
Dr. Joshua Cohen is amazing, and his assistance are wonderful and very professional and knowledgeable. They really made me feel at ease, they showed me that I was in great hands. Thanks Dr. Cohen, Alyssa and Sarah, you guys are greaaaaaat!!!
