Sorry to say that my experience with Rory was not good. I called him to remove a branch that was dead and hanging over my neighbor's property. He came out on July 31 and gave me a price. Said he would be able to take care of it in the next couple of days. After a few days I started calling and asking when he would be able to take care of the branch. I called every day and politely asked when he would be out. I got no answers on the calls and no return calls on my messages. This is very poor customer service. Thank you.

Had an extremely tricky tree that needed removal. Tri City Tree Service provided a quick and reasonable quote and was working on the tree within a week. Super professional, very responsive with communication, diligent workers. If you need a tree gone and you don’t at least get a quote from them you’re doing yourself a disservice.

We had a 60 foot maple taken down by them. They gave us a quote and the final price was as quoted, provided a great service, cleaned up after themselves, and arrived timely throughout the project. Excellent service!

These guys are incredible! They came right on time did a great job and were extremely professional. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.
