The actual pain management process seems like it is helping, but out of 4 appointments I've, had the doctor has been 45 minutes to 2 hours late each time. The staff takes longer to explain things than Dr Gupta, and I feel kinda run through a machine instead of treated as a human. Good quality of care, poor customer service.
I went there to see the Doctor not TV. I was waiting more than 1hr, even I had an appointment. Finally I couldn't see the Doctor. So bad management.
Amazing how well they took care of me and my family thank you so much. I love these people and they will always be special to me.
