Tri city just landscaped our back yard. They listened to what we wanted and incorporated all of our ideas and also suggested better options that would work in our yard. They were very professional, respectful of our property and did a fantastic job. They built a wall, patio, walkways, a box for blackberries and planting beds. They installed the sprinkler system and lawn also. They made sure everything was working correctly before leaving and have been back for a few tweaks of the system. Tri City Sprinklers and Landscaping has been wonderful. Our family contracted with them in March of 2017 and the work was quickly completed to our exact specifications. They quickly responded when I had questions and concerns (not due to the workmanship, but instead the backfill by our builder). The staff was very courteous of our surroundings, our family and our neighborhood. We wouldn't hesitate to contact James and Titus to complete more work for us in the future. I highly recommend this company.
James and all of the crew at Tri-City has been spectacular. Not only was James the ONLY landscaper to come out for the quote, take accurate measurements, come up with a plan, and work within the budget I had set. I am extremely pleased with the results and can not give these guys higher praise. I would definitely work with them again!
Excellent customer service! These guys are friendly, and professional. They got the job done fast, and met all of our expectations. We shopped around before choosing a company to do our yard and no others compared in price, or willingness to meet our needs. We highly recommend Tri City (especially to home owners, and veterans). We are in love with our new yard!!
Quality Work by a Professional Company. Tri City dug deep (literally) to replace the shut-off valve for our HOA Sprinkler, and also installed a new backflow valve (with cage) to get us up to modern code. They ensured we were happy with the end result. Everyone at the company was a joy to work with. Our thanks to Mary, Bruno, James, Jonathan, and Tyson for the time they spent with us. Can't give this company enough kudos - so glad they had time to do this project for us.
