Luv this place! Kids started here for their braces and they have been on top of things. They have been loving their experience so far. I then decided to switch over as well and Dr Shetty is pretty amazing. So sweet and I am way more informed of my oral issues compared to previous dentist. The communication is much more thourough. I am a new patient and definitely will be coming back. I was able to scheduling my appointment relatively soon from the time I called, once at the office I was taken back within 10 minutes of checking in, and the whole process went smoothly. Everyone seems friendly and work well together.
I don't recommend. Dr. Nguyen is a good dentist. Management costumer service is less than 0. They try to rip you off. Talk over and disrespect Costumers. It was better in the old location when the old staff like Tami was there. Worse dental ever.
