We had our annual furnace inspection done and Scott Virnig was just amazing. Best technician we have had to date, super friendly and informative. Highly recommend Tri-City, first time for us and we will continue to utilize. Thanks so much!
Tri-City services did a great job. The whole team worked together and got me a great deal on a furnace and a nice water heater. I would like to thank DAN, Jim, Garrett, Jake, Troy and Ed for all the hard work they put in.
Scott (service technician) was professional, friendly, and personable, and explained in detail what may be causing issues with our AC unit. I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate in a timely manner.
I was having trouble with my ac unit and Karl came did a complete assessment. Figured out the issue and had it going in no time. Tried City was great to work with.
My water heater was starting to die on me and so I contacted Tri-City Services. I was given an inspection and quote all within the same day. They literally came the next day to install my new water heater. I felt really bad for Troy and Luke as they had to haul the water heaters up and down my stairs. Those things are heavy esp if yours is a non-standard 75 gallon one. However, they worked very hard and diligently, which I really appreciated. I can't wait to have a hot shower tonight! Thanks again Tri-City Services!
