Kevin was awesome to work with. He was very thorough and took time to explain the reasoning behind his recommendation for repairs. Great experience overall!
Not worth the damn $737 for a small fix. It wasn't an emergency call that day. I do feel robbed in a way. I have opinion, others that works there got defensive. I stand by what i think and said. Had my uncle who is now retired contractor from out state said i got ripped off for that size of replacement. Not very happy about it.
I have never been so disappointed in a company that I have been doing business with for over 10 years. I made an appointment over the phone to get an estimate for a thermostat that needed replacing and come the day of the appointment, the tech never showed up and they apparently had no record of communication with me. Very unprofessional and beyond inconvenient.
