Tri city was very responsive to our request for service! Very good communication with Jacob. Don was our primary service tech. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, respectful and professional. We highly recommend Tri City. We have used Tri city previously with the same results.
Scott did an Incredible job. One thing my husband and I both appreciated was how simple and precise everything was explained to us to ensure we understood what was going on. I would recommend checking them out, I visited during a network event and they were so professional and knowledgeable, you could see they cared. I've had landlords and neighbors use their service and they never had anything negative to say.

Ian and Ashton worked all day and kept us well informed on progress , and Ian finished up next day with easy to understand instructions and tips on operation of new equipment. Job well done.
