Water heater developed a leak. Tri-City arrived early with an estimate. 1 hour later they arrived with a new water heater. Installers were personable and professional. They were very careful taking the old water heater out. Did not make one mess. Workmanship was outstanding.
We purchased a home in Nekoosa. The ducts had never been cleaned and the furnace needed maintenance. All of the technicians were thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I even signed up for their maintenance program because I was so impressed by this company. Highly recommend
My 1st call to this company they sent Jacob to service my broken garage heater, he was very friendly and fast at diagnosing. I decided to order part myself, when I called them back for install, I requested Jacob again, he arrived the very next day bright and early. He worked very efficiently even with the non stop petting requests my big labador dog wanted from him. Once he got the fan installed, he made sure he stuck around to observe it ran and was heating. We have been with tricity services for a long time we just had a vent put out on our newly renovated porch and it's amazing how much cooler it is out there can't wait for fall and winter for heat on it also the technician Jake was wonderful very knowledgeable and professional he's a must keep for your company.
