Great Company and super nice people My Kenmore washer went down and I called this company and they got right back to me. They don't normally come out where I live but Max said he would come the next day which is today, a Saturday. He and Kyler fixed my washer in no time. They even gave me a military discount since I am 100% disabled from the service and my wife's heart is working at 12% so it was out of the question of us going to a laundry mat. Excellent Service The absolute best appliance repair company I've ever used. I could not have asked for more friendly, professional service than I received from Max and Kyler. Their labor fee is much less than the other repair service companies in thbe area. My Electrolux dryer dries better than it has in years now thanks to Max and Kyler. It was very hard work and involved removing the drum from my dryer and practically dismanteling the entire dryer, but their fee stayed the same. Great Service My dishwasher had stopped working. so I called Tri-city service out to come look at it and give me an estimate. I didn't want to spend too much if its too costly. The gentleman came out and told me what was wrong and gave me a good price to repair it. The price was good so I decided to have him repair it. He fixed the problem within an hour and its up and working again. AWESOME COMPANY! My refrigerator stopped cooling late Saturday evening. I came across a web-site called tricity.repair and the words "We Always Answer The Phone-7 Days A Week" caught my eye. I wasn't really expecting anyone to actually answer the phone this late at night but to my suprise...someone did!! The tech scheduled the call for 7:00AM Sunday morning.
