We purchased our camper in May and everyone was wonderful! No pressure & felt like we had knew them. Recently had lightning strike close to it and had power issues. Took it in early this week to find out that lightning had fried a component. They were two weeks out in service, that wasn't good for us because we were leaving on vacation in a week. They fixed it within a half hour. So thankful for them going above & beyond! Special thanks to Sara, Mike & John! Have but great to say about them.
This was are second travel trailer we bought , what a great job Tri City RV, excellent costumer service, everyone is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. A big shout out to Jeff, Jessica and John. Thank you for making this purchase a easy and no stress purchase. I will definitely be telling others who are interested in buying a camper to come and see you. Thank you again

The customer service at Tri City RV is "Second to None". These days its hard to find good customer service. These folks did not push a sale on me, but educated me and helped choose the RV right for me and my family. I shopped several competitors and could not find a better deal. Plus my new RV was delivered when it was promised. My Wife and I were very happy with trading our old RV in for the new one we bought. Kevin, Jessica, John, Todd, Jennifer and Amanda were outstanding. Thanks-again!!
