Convenience fees for paying by card?! To pay my small hoa fee required a $7 convenience fee?? Shameful.

Beware. I was a tenant in a space managed by Tri-City Property Management for 2.5 years. In my experience, they have been untruthful, unethical, and behaved in a discriminatory manner towards people of color, people with tattoos, and people with mental health struggles, including two of the board members who live on site on Stetson Rd. in Prescott, AZ. I am a tenant who rents a space which is managed by Tri-City Property Management. I had registered our new (to us) small boat & trailer as being in our parking lot when we bought it about two months before, by calling and in writing. My neighbor also had a boat in our parking lot. Our neighbors recently received a courtesy email notice that their boat needed to be moved parking lot compliance; we never received a notice, and my elderly Landlady (the owner) does not use email.
