Vikki in Tri-city is really helpful. I had rented a town home through Tri -city for 3 years. From start (move in) to end (move out) Tri city has been really professional and tried to balance renter and landlords interests equally. Vikki had even helped me to go to the Drs office once when I was injured.
We’ve been leasing a property that vikki manages for three years now. She is the best. Very quick to respond to any emails and with sending people to come out for maintenance. I recommend going through them.

Would give zero stars if possible. Tried renting a place from this property management firm. Got all the approvals and finally decided to not proceed with it due to the extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional nature of Vikki’s interactions. Despite liking the property, we were worried about having to endure interactions with her should an issue arise. Finally made the decision to not proceed for our own mental peace. Yelp seems to have more reviews about the tenant experience.
