Alan and Tri-city team is great . Very responsive and accommodating and helped us getting a nice rental house. I would recommend them over any other "bigger "property management firms in Vacaville. Post lease: I would say take alot of pictures when you get the property and when you leave for the comparison and have everything in writing when you get the post lease visit. My experience post lease was not that great but I would still say Alan tried to make it somewhat acceptable.
