I actually didn't buy anything from Tri-City Power Equipment. I've been having issues with a pressure washer so I called to order a fuel filter. The gentlemen from Tri-City Power Equipment walked me through a few possible fixes as it would take about 10 days for the filter to arrive. The first one I tried worked - took about 45 seconds to clean the water intake screen. Many thanks!
These guys are super knowledgeable, helped me get my used and beat up saw ready to go in less than 10 minutes and identified some unseen problems with my bar oil pump. Definitely will be going back.
That staff here are respectful and knowledgeable. I am new to gas-powered landscaping tools, and they take the time to provide me with the information I need to make a decision. You can get some very good deals when Stihl does their seasonal sales.
