Late Friday afternoon I came in to Tri-power looking to have my newly acquired (old & dirty) chainsaw sharpened, Jack generously took the time to share his vast experience with me to ensure that I knew how to use and maintain it. It was very much appreciated. On top of that, they had the STIHL leaf‑blower fuel filter I’d been waiting a week for at another shop in POCO. Excellent service all around.
Superb people and equipment.
Jack is an asset, I brought in my gas trimmer I bought from there and he helped me out right away as I needed it that day! If you hear a British accent, you know you’re in the right place!

I was having trouble starting my chainsaw, even after searching the web to see if it was something I was doing wrong. I brought it in to see if it was a problem with me or my chainsaw...yeah, no surprises, it was me. I am not beating myself up though as it seems logical to start with the choke on and keep trying until it fires. Well, with my 320 at least i learned that even a couple of yanks with the choke can flood the unit and was given detailed instructions on how I should approach starting the unit in the future, explain... read more
