I texted Tri City Plumbing (Ramon), explaining my situation (toilet tank appearing to need internal parts replaced). He quickly responded with his availability and we agreed upon a time. He showed up, provided me options, answered my questions, and proceeded to quickly complete the work. I am very pleased with the work he performed and will certainly use his plumbing services again.
