Fixed a plumbing emergency for me quickly and professionally and at a good price.
I waited two days to have a plumber come out and tell me his boss will give me a call. Then I waited another day for the call to say they are not skilled enough to do the job. They wasted so much of my time that I had to pay another company extra to finish the work on Saturday. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do the job. There are much better plumbers in the Tri-Cities area than these guys.
I have to amend an earlier review of TCP&M. I gave them a one star out of five. Not just because they couldn't fix the slow drain in my shower but because they still charged me their full hourly rate. They just sent me a check for the entire amount with an apology. To me that speaks to their integrity and I appreciate it very much. I see that they do have many gleaming reviews. We had a pipe burst that had flooded our crawl space, bedroom, laundry room and hallway. This family owned business answered right away and came over immediately to fix the pipe. Highly recommend.
