They truly care for their patients and owners. We had to put our dog down in 2016 and they were so supportive. They sent us a paw print and condolences card signed by the staff. we take our cat and new dog there, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
They have really nice people here. Our dog hates being boarded and going to the vet and can sometimes be a bit aggressive out of fear and they handle the situation very professionally and always have a smile on their faces.
Always professional, great prices and always as helpful as they can be.
After going through a very difficult time on the loss of our pet Nala they were awesome,kind,gentle and caring ! Very respectful and affectionate! An the Condolences Card from all the staff was amazing ! Would Definitely Recommend Tri-City!
