Nurses here are the worst. My dad is 78 yrs old and doesnt speak english. They ignored him and didnt want to translate for him. He needed water and they never gave him some. The nurses act like they dont want to be there doing their work. Awful place

Unfortunately we experienced 2 emergencies with 2 of my 3 kids within 1 week of eachother (I know, crazy luck!). When I brought my 18 month in when she fell off the couch and there was something wrong with her arm. Turns out it was broken. Service was very poor last night 10/13/16. Why does it take 6+ hours, a X Ray, and a CT scan to diagnosis a elderly patient with a UTI?? I thought TCMC was working on improving patient care??

Tri-City Medical Center has cared for many of my family members. For me, Tri-City Emergency has literally saved my life on a couple of occasions. I have never been turned away. The facility itself is awesome. The staff of health care professionals, including security and volunteers are the best this world has to offer. We are blessed in Oceanside and in all of North San Diego County to have this first class health care facility as part of our community.

I called the hospital to make the appointment and was offered a Saturday appointment and was told it was a new service offered by the hospital. I arrived before the appointment to registration and paid my co-pay and was directed to the Radiology waiting room. There was no one there. It was dark and only the TV was on and annoying. We were told to use a wa... read more
