My sister just recently died at this hospital. And I am still sickened with the fact that they restrained her to the bed to the point where her hands and wrist were swollen and red. The tie down was so tight and there was literally no room to budge. My sister was screaming in agony, and they had no empathy whatsoever. I had made Doctor Barco aware that my sister is claustrophobic, and he said that it was for her safety. She was in a noncoherent state and basically paralyzed from the waist down due to neuropathy and a broken ... read more

I would definitely give the Feedback based on my experience at this hospital. It's horrible staff is very unprofessional and rude the delay to be seen is ridiculous and last but not least the way the check in and security treated me was horrible. I couldn't write a complaint because that had no clue how to complete that.. I had to ask the triage nurse to help me with the problem experienced while waiting in the ER lobby.. I spoke to management and she stated the main person to file the complaint was in a meeting. Nothing ... read more

Several of the nurses kept checking on me to make sure that I was ok which I was so grateful for since I was very shaken up. His morning nurse was Fernanda who was incredible and so so kind and organ... read more

Don't go here. The ER dept doesn't separate patients (including suspected COVID cases) and instead jams everybody together in a small, crowded waiting room. (I never saw it cleaned once.) The ER dept is grossly understaffed, and as a result patients spend MANY hours (in my case 9) waiting to be diagnosed and helped. A number of the patients appeared to be drug addicted and in ER to score a prescription for painkillers.
