My husband has a progressive disability. Although we live in Maple Ridge, I travel to Port Coquitlam to deal directly with Hal anytime my husband needs new equipment or prior approval by our insurance company. He is so knowledgeable and has a great deal of empathy for the people he is serving. Hal was so kind and attentive to my Mom’s needs. He made her feel extra special by listening to her and offering suggestions & tips. He even stayed late to see us. She is so happy with her new scooter and at 91, she is now planning some new adventures exploring her new neighbourhood.
