I cannot say enough good things about this company. Dealing with anything medical insurance is difficult at best I had over a two year issue where my insurance would not keep up with my claim and documents. The system that connects the doctors and suppliers and insurance is broken.. honestly. But what Hal and his staff did was amazing where he led the way and advocated for me and the suppliers to find the right equipment and fight through the bureaucracy . I have an upcoming surgery for a femoral osteotomy and I’ll need a fair bit of medical equipment post op. I also purchased a walker leading up to the surgery to help with my mobility on the bad days/weeks. It’s an intimidating process which was made a lot easier by the seamless process of procuring the equipment I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are worth their weight in gold.
